Hunter’s practice focuses on advocating for both private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, general school law, and litigation. Hunter’s clients range from local small businesses to national corporations with locations throughout the United States. Hunter also works with school districts and municipalities throughout Wisconsin.
Hunter has a proven track record of successfully defending his clients against legal challenges in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He has successfully defended claims arising from alleged wage and hour law violations, breaches of employment contracts, enforceability of non-compete clauses, allegations of harassment or discrimination, and claims of wrongful termination.
I play in a beach volleyball league at Bradford Beach and enjoy attending local sporting events such as Brewers, Bucks, and Admirals games.

If I hadn’t attended law school, I would have pursued a career as an engineer. I’m drawn to tackling complex problems, which is also the source of my passion for the intricacies of the law.

I love playing chess! While my skills aren’t anything to brag about, I can hold my own during a casual game.
I played Basketball, Soccer, and Golf during high school. However, I eventually focused on Golf, even playing at the collegiate level.
