Cousins Submarines, better known as Cousins Subs, is a Wisconsin-based chain of submarine sandwich shops, with nearly 100 stores. Cousins Subs operates in several Midwestern states and has a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture. Christine Specht, the CEO of Cousins Subs, brought new life the brand, which was founded by her father, Bill Specht. For more than 30 years, we have assisted Cousins Subs in all aspects of human resources, including counseling on a wide variety of HR issues, employment contracts and employment litigation. Christine got her start with Cousins Subs in Human Resources and she has always been committed to providing a workplace where employees can thrive.

How We Helped
Over the years we have provided counseling and advice on all aspects of the employment relationship. Cousins Subs has always had the in-house capability to address HR issues, but when legal questions arose, Cousins Subs has relied on BV to assist with the tough issues.
