February 3, 2011 – Attorneys Gary Ruesch and Renae Waterman Aldana Bring Their School Law Expertise to the Buelow Vetter Team
MILWAUKEE, WI (February 3, 2011) – Buelow Vetter is pleased to announce that attorneys Gary M. Ruesch and Renae Waterman Aldana have joined the firm’s school law practice.
Mr. Ruesch has over 30 years experience counseling school districts around the country on general school and employment law issues. He serves as labor counsel to numerous school districts, assisting in contract bargaining, discrimination complaints and other employment matters. He also represents school districts throughout Wisconsin and nationally in special education hearings and other school‐related matters. Among his many achievements, Mr. Ruesch has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® for each of the last 10 years.
Ms. Aldana has over 11 years experience advising school districts regarding special education, student discipline and general school law matters. Her practice focuses on special education mediation and litigation, and counseling school districts with strategies for preventing and responding to due process hearing requests and appeals.
Prior to joining Buelow Vetter, both Mr. Ruesch and Ms. Aldana practiced with the Milwaukee‐based law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP.
